Risk Assessment Profile

Do you know your Personal level of RISK?  There are tens of thousands of claims made and lawsuits filed, perhaps millions, each year.  You can lose all you own in a single lawsuit if you gamble and lose the lawsuit lottery…

  • Both the activities you do and the kind of assets you own can create risk.
    • Do you engage in activities that create risk?
    • Do you own assets that create risk?
  • How exposed are your assets to a lawsuit or creditor claim?

Most people don’t really know how much risk they face… so we created a tool to help you easily determine your level of risk from the privacy of your own home.  Completing your own RISK ASSESSMENT PROFILE (RAP) take just a few minutes and is free.  Your score will give you a better idea of your level of exposure  so you can plan to reduce your risk.

Here are the FOUR CATEGORIES of questions…each Category has a series of questions specific to this Risk Category.  Answer by completing the form with the best number that represents how you “feel” about your own situation.

  1. Are your assets protected against creditors and predators?
  2. Are your taxes higher than necessary?
  3. Do you have the right insurance coverage with optimal premiums and deductions?
  4. Will the right things happen if you retire, become incapacitated, or you die?

Let’s get started…

NOTE:  When filling in the form, please use the “tab” key to move between fields instead of the “enter” key. You can use the “enter” key when you want to finally submit the form.

HOW TO EVALUATE YOUR SCORE

YOUR NEXT STEP

The PERSONAL PROFILE RISK assessment is a great first step to assess and evaluate your risk. We would highly recommend you consider discussing your results with your attorney.

If you don’t have an attorney to consult, we would be happy to sit down with you and discuss this in person to give you more clarification. The consultation will clarify the relevance and your understanding of what each question and answer means in protecting your assets, reducing your taxes, selecting your insurance and planning your estate.

If you would like to meet with us, please keep in mind that this review is COMPLIMENTARY…there will be no charge for helping you interpret the results and discuss what you can do to lower your risk. This is simply our way of helping everyone lower their personal (and family) risk. We won’t pressure you to buy any services or coerce you in any way…this is simply our “give back” to people to help them better understand their personal situation. You are free to do whatever you would like with the analysis and our interpretation…even take it to another attorney.

If you would like to have a “complimentary 30 minute” consultation to better understand your results and your personal situation, simply give us a call or go to our CONTACT US page and REQUEST A COMPLIMENTARY MEETING on our website, Generations Law Group and send us your information and when you would like to meet.

Thank you for taking the time…we hope this was helpful. If it was, please let us know. We would also encourage you to share it with your friends so they too can assess their own EXPOSURE and RISK.
